Liselot brings a wealth of experience to the firm, advising a diverse range of clients on complex corporate transactions, both domestically and internationally. Her expertise spans public and private M&A, equity capital markets transactions, private equity investments and complex restructurings.
In addition to her transactional work, Liselot provides comprehensive legal advice on company and securities law matters. She also assists Belgian REITs and their investors on the corporate aspects of real estate transactions. Her experience further extends to PPP projects and joint ventures in the real estate and infrastructure sector.
