Being a lawyer is more than a job; it requires passion, dedication and perseverance. Continuous pressure, complex cases and high expectations require not only legal expertise, but also personal leadership, resilience and wellbeing.
With this challenge in mind, Ann Wauters, Belgian basketball icon and former captain of the Belgian Cats, and Katrien Audenaert, executive coach with a legal background such as at the Belgian Constitutional Court, developed the workshop Legally Strong: Enhancing Lawyers' Performance. This workshop offers lawyers concrete tools to perform at top level without getting ahead of themselves.
Ann Wauters knows better than anyone else the impact of a high-performance environment. Five times she was named best player in Europe, four times she won the EuroLeague, and she captured bronze at the 2017 European Championships. But behind those successes lie valuable lessons as well as strategies on mental resilience, energy management and the power of connection.
During this workshop, you will learn:

- How to set healthy boundaries without dampening your ambitions
- How self-leadership helps you in stressful cases
- Strategies from top sport to make the most of focus and energy.
Participants experience a safe, interactive setting that focuses on learning and reflection. No dry theory, but hands-on techniques, science-based methods and insights you can apply immediately.
