Monard law welcomes a new member to its Insolvency and Restructuring team. Jente Dengler has joined the firm as of October 1, 2024.
He held several positions within the Brussels office of DLA Piper (Tier 1) where he built a sound experience in all aspects of insolvency law (bankruptcy and restructuring) including security rights, financing and asset recovery, both in advising and litigating these matters.
At Monard Law, he will bring opportunities to grow the Insolvency and Restructuring practice and will take a leading role in commercial dispute files.
His academic background (assistant lecturer KU Leuven and frequent author), as well as his international experience (1st prize awarded by the International Insolvency Institute, 2019) will bring new insights and knowhow for the benefit of our clients.
The arrival of Jente Dengler will positively deepen our already broad insolvency and restructuring practice (partner Louis Verstraeten).
