Associate - Banking & Finance

We are looking for an Associate in Banking & Finance law for a Tier firm based in Brussels. The team manages a diverse range of financial disputes while also offering ongoing guidance to borrowers and lenders on project and real estate financing matters related to public-private partnerships (PPPs).

• Comprehensive handling of cases due to team size, gaining increased responsibilities.
• Offering innovative solutions, adding substantial value to client relationships.
• Fostering trust through transparent communication and strong client rapport.

• Provide legal expertise and advice to clients in the banking and finance sector.
• Handle complex legal issues related to banking regulations, financial transactions, compliance, and litigation.
• Draft contracts and analyse financial agreements.

• Master degree in law
• 2 – 6 years of experience in banking & finance law
• Dutch native, English professional proficiency
• Communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
