Federal business and economic legislation under one "Code of Business and Economic Law"
Classifying the federal business and economic legislation under one “Code of Business and Economic Law” has been in the pipeline for several years.
Until now, a whole series of different laws, definitions and sanctions exist in different ways. The aim will be to compile all of these under a single Code, which will improve both transparency and efficiency. Moreover, a clear and permanent legal framework as well as an instrument to stimulate economic growth and activity will be created.
The current rules will be adapted and classified in a clear, coherent and logical text in order to simplify consultation and application. A number of texts will also be thoroughly revised.
In order to reach the above objective, the Code will be introduced in phases.
